370Z wheel bearing thickness
As shown here the 370Z’s front wheel bearing is a lot wider than the 350Z part.  The thicker 370Z bearing is on the left. The 370Z probably has 25% more race and ball area than the 350Z’s.

It is pretty safe to say that the 370Z’s brakes are pretty close to the state of the art and will probably be great in everything from daily driving to racing with only a brake pad, line and fluid change.  This is great news if you are a buyer of this car and bad news if you are in the brake system aftermarket.  We can’t wait to get some track time in this car!

370z spindel strength
The 370Z spindle as shown on the left is probably only slightly heavier as the 350Z part on the right but it is a whole lot stiffer.  As shown here, you can see the heavy ribbing around the hub mounting area.  The ribbing extends way up the spindle and the very upper part of the spindle where it attaches to the upper control arm is beefed up as well.  Good bye flex and caliper piston knockback.  Unfortunately for 350Z dudes the parts will not interchange as the 350Z has the weird dual lower ball joint articulated lower control arm and the 370Z has a much more conventional front suspension.
