NISMO 370z Side Skirts
Side skirts on the Nismo 370Z aero kit help prevent air from curling under the car to cause lift

Nismo, Nissan's factory performance arm has released a group of factory tuned performance accessories for the 370Z to the motoring public in Japan. Nismo will be offering two performance packages to enhance the driving experience of the 370Z. The first package is an external aero appearance related piece, the Nismo 370Z S-Tune Aero Package which includes a nose extension, front lip spoiler, side skirts, and rear spoiler as well as rear fender protectors. Also included in the package are Nismo badged floor mats.

Nismo even makes custom floormats for the 370Z

The Nismo 370Z Aero Package was tested extensively in a wind tunnel and will eliminate lift and provide additional downforce over the 370Z's already well developed stock sports aero package.  The aftermarket will be hard pressed to beat the Nismo parts in performance and fit, after all what aero kit manufacture has access to a wind tunnel and the factory body panel surface data!  The Nismo 370Z aero parts are available color matched from the factory to ensure quality installations with a near perfect color match. Prices for the Nismo 370Z aero kit purchased individually are currently approximate, but the front nose extension will retail at a little over $400 while the other body pieces should run between $600 and $850 with Pearl White and Monterey Blue colors costing slightly more.

Is tuning necessary if the stock exhaust is replaced with the performance one or can they just be swaped out?

I am new to the tuning world and am very interested in the Nismo 370Z and would be very interested in any more information I can find on adding twin turbos to the vehicle and what kind of upgrades/tuning would need to be done in order to get the best performance without F*ing up the engine. Could someone point me in the right direction?
