Is there a stand alone ECU available that can deal with all facets of the 370Z motor for a motorsport application which allows a free ECU?

I think one of the few standalone engine management systems specifically made for the Z34 will be out soon by Haltech. Others are just reflashes from Cobb, UpRev, Technosquare..

We'll have a few more updates on ecu's within the next 6 months. Controlling the VVEL & CVTC are the main concerns that I have. We're working on a few Nismo 370z's right now... Keep checking this forum for updates:

"Just Re-flashes" LoL

The factory ecu is far more powerful than most any aftermarket unit, Especially Haltech and even Motec! UpRev being the best so far. Its just about getting to understand the software. I have done several 410WHP NA VQ37HR's with the UpRev. To bad their main programer is gone now...
