I am planning to replace the stock head unit in my 370Z. After searching a lot and reading online reviews I have narrowed my choice down to Pioneer AVIC-Z120BT and Kenwood DNX9960. Kenwood has better voice recognition system with Garmin maps. Pioneer has a good user interface with Pandora and iPhone controls. Can anyone point me in the right direction and help me to choose the best one?

Thanks.

Depends on what you want out of it, I have avic z140 bh & after YEARS as an alpine user, I must say that this unit serves me well, hookups for almost any type of expandability as well as advanced app radio. I went with this head unit, because of sound tweaking, the only thing it lacks is a parametric EQ.
A JL 500 3 amp, about the size of my palm, it runs cool, even here, in the desert. & fits perfect under he passenger seat. Drives the comps & a JL 10w3, in a custom fabbed wicked cas box. For this money, you won't find better sound. If you're interested, check out wickedcas.com, ask for Nazar, & tell him Kevin sent you. He will work with you on price & is an authorized JL dealer.
I bought a magic box for my old nismo from him (08) as well as hertz comps & a JL 500/5, in 08, & he was by & far the best priced out there. I went with him on a challenger RT I had & now on my new nismo. Very satisfied, & buddy, I'm far from easily satisfied
I can post some pics if you like.
